This tutorial covers:

effects racks
side chaining
eq 8
auto panning
macro mapping
compressor
overdrive effect

This tutorial shows you how to split a sample into low end and mid/high end frequencies. Apply a compressor to the low end only. Then throw some effects on macro knobs that only effect the mid/highend frequencies.
